Jay's private dining room is
located at the Kitchen Door entrance. The room has closed doors, track
lighting and a nice wine display. You can see a picture of the room on
the Private Dining Room page.
Policies and Amenities
Any party of 15 or less may order off the menu.
Parties over 115 must have
a pre-selected menu: Appetizers, Salad and choice of three entrees.

There is no charge for
the use of the room, although we do have a $600 minimum to be spent on food
and beverages per event. *This cannot be used toward gift
certificates.
We will need a final
count on your party 24 hours prior to the event.
An Ohio sales tax of 7%
will be automatically added into the bill.
An 18% gratuity will be
automatically added into the bill.
Our wine list has up to
350 selections. Our staff can assist you in your
selections.
A credit card number is
required to hold the room. If cancelled within two weeks of event
there will be a charge of $100. If cancelled within one week of
event there will be a $250 charge, if cancelled within 48 hours of
event there will be a $400 charge, if cancelled within 24 hours of
event there will be a $600 charge.
